By using PASS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

What PASS is

PASS is a tool for tracking temporary handoffs between people. It is not a bank, escrow service, legal contract platform, or guarantee of return. You remain responsible for what you lend, borrow, or agree to outside the app.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your phone number secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use PASS for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload harmful or unlawful content.

Invites & links

Invite and PASS links are intended for the people you choose. Treat them like private messages — anyone with the link may be able to open the related invite flow.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PASS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost items, unpaid amounts, or disputes between users arising from handoffs tracked in the app.
